[Vfx] 0.5 Released

VFX 0.5 has been released.

Major changes:

- Now builds correctly on Ubuntu (8.10), and/or with GCC 4.x

- Fixed a bug in full screen mode. Most people would have got window 
decorations around the output. This won't happen now.

- Support for x86_64 machines. (Not fully tested because I don't have a 
64 bit machine with an Nvidia card.)

Get it from the Launchpad site:
